Catharsis
I’ve Googled fourteen but without success. Collectively nounless is how we must remain, A slow school number, in our namelessness; united, though, in triumph after pain. We weren’t quite the Charge of the Light Brigade talking to glory as the canon roared. But every one of you, my colleagues, played your part in seeing thought and speech restored. So many tales of courage, stories, songs. All ages, genders, walks of life came through. High standards too—the very least was bronze, All striving for the honest and the true. I’m privileged to have seen you grow through this and with you, achieve my own catharsis. Roger G McDonald March 4 2015
Hi Susan, Here are some examples of videos that we have used in a social media context:
Atkinson Vinden – Right People, Right Advice
Here’s an example of how you can share the fundamental principle of what your business brings to the table. For This client we created 22 clips around various subjects of law and embedded them into LinkedIn articles. Very effective for their audience. Right people, right advice https://vimeo.com/99220941
TED X; using content to link a big idea to your brand
Here’s a video we created for the TED X conference. TED X: Lost In Translation http://vimeo.com/67529500
China Digital
For the China Digital conference we filmed all the keynote speakers and asked them to share one minute tip around doing business with China.
We got great traction on LinkedIn and Facebook with those. https://vimeo.com/84089887
1 minute tips: Istrategy
For Istrategy we create 40 videos in one day around the subjects of the conference. We interviewed participants about insights they can share. These got great traction on Twitter on the second day of the conference and afterwards. https://vimeo.com/66047528
Dejan 30 sec
For Dejan we created 15 videos around SEO subjects. They’ve proven very valuable for their own SEO and engagement on their website. This clip was also used as a Youtube preroll and LinkedIn ad. http://vimeo.com/55741516

Hey Christie, Here are some examples of low/mid range work that we do for clients who work on a retainer basis. We combine video with written content and things like LinkedIn ads; I can see some great opportunities for collaboration there where we could look at retainers that combine video and written content.
Right people, right advice
For Atkinson Vinden, a law firm based on the North Shore, we created 15 videos around their values, how they work and how they approach specific types of law. Average cost is in the $ 1500 ballpark. https://vimeo.com/99220941

Go to this URL
http://huntingwithpixels.quickconnect.to/
Log in using the details we provided. You’ll see a desktop that looks a bit like Windows:
Click on the ‘file station’ icon on the top left, a ‘finder’ (mac) or ‘file explorer’ like window will pop up.
Now go to the Hunting With Pixels shared folder and find the folder that’s connected to your project:
From there you can just drag and drop files onto the server. The first time you do this, the server will ask you if you want to skip or overwrite files in case it finds files on the server with the same name. Just press ‘skip’.
Here’s a video too
Of course there’s a video.. https://vimeo.com/120996569
