Low Income Energy Efficiency Program (LIEEP) & Community Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) Information Session     The $100 million Low Income Energy Efficiency Program (LIEEP) will support consortia of community organisations, local councils and energy service companies to trial energy efficiency approaches in low income households. The $200 million Community Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) will support energy efficiency upgrades to council and community-use buildings, facilities and lighting.   To assist stakeholders to understand the requirements of LIEEP and CEEP, the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency is planning to hold information sessions in all capital cities. The information sessions will provide an overview of the key points of the LIEEP and CEEP Guidelines including application process and key program dates. There will be additional time at the end of each information session to speak with program staff and network with other interested stakeholders. For more information on LIEEP and CEEP go to www.climatechange.gov.au/lowcarboncommunities.   Session InformationThis event is free to attend. However, please note that information sessions are being held subject to sufficient registration numbers for attendance. If a particular session does not have sufficient stakeholders registered to attend, the Department may make other arrangements for that location.
