Hey Andy, Here are the videos from our interview at XML Sydney. Question 1 and Question 2 Could you tell us who your are, what you do and how do you get to where you are now? Question 3 When you look at your personal goals, did you plan what kind of life you want? For example to live in NY and then build around that goal, finding a way to make it happen? Question 4 Do you think time management is one of those skills we should learn earlier in life? Question 5 We read on your blog about your idea of whine vs win, could you tell us a bit about how you developed that notion and what you think needs to change? Question 6 You moved to NY that can be an uncomfortable place to do business, how important do you think it is to be uncomfortable? Are people too comfortable right now and does this stifle their creativity? Question 7 If you do carve out a life for yourself that is what you want, do you think the biggest challenge then is to stay vigilant about growing and bettering that situation or do you see other challenges? Question 8 In your blog you mention persistent hustle and self-coaching is a link between successful people, could you tell us about that idea? Question 9 In our experience in Europe and Australia there can be some reluctance to self promote or tell you story on camera, What do you think makes Americans different and less inhibited in this regard? Question 10 As a social media person what’s your take on the recent social media backlash? For example Sherry Turkle’s book “Alone Together: Why We Expect More from Technology and Less from Each Other” Question 11 Do you think this means we need to change our behaviour as human beings or perhaps to try and catch up with technology? Question 12 If you look at future developments in social media and technology, where do see it going? What do you think will be some general trends? Question 13 Are you guys moving towards this idea of curation with Gowalla and how will you go about doing that?
